About Me:

I am a speaker, facilitator, political analyst , social behaviour change strategist and gender scholar – activist. I am interested in the connection between institutional change and individual change in workplace transformation processes. My work helps people re-thread social relations and transform conflict while highlighting social inequality, its underpinning structures and injustices in everyday life. This is a common thread in all my work, from politics and academia to social behaviour change and communication work to workplace training work.

I help individuals, organisations and communities understand how power works in everyday life. I design learning spaces, campaign strategies and workplace interventions that help people name harm, navigate conflict, shift behaviour, and reimagine leadership beyond domination, extraction and exclusion.

This work happens through talks, workshops and courses where we unpack how power shapes leadership, relationships, institutions and social change.
